Overview of "hockey-stick"skin incision; (A)
Urethrotomy and initial skin incision; (B) Mobilization
and preservation of the pedicle tissue; (C) Medial
margin of the skin flap is sewn to the edge of open
the urethra. Continuation of the suturing of the lateral edge
of the graft to the opposite side of the open urethra occurs
and the flap is completely inverted; (D) Loose pedicle tissue
is pulled over the graft and sewn to the corpera; (E) Closure.
